Hi Everyone! Thrilled to be here with you all and sharing 
My top 5 reasons I love being an author:

I love world building and creating magic systems aka I get to play God

Fantasy and the Paranormal really intrigue me and I get to explore every avenue that I want to as the author in those genres.

Romance is key for me, whether contemporary or fantasy/paranormal. Love can transcend time, space, and people and I love that. It can also heal.

Dragons. I can make dragons - need I say more?!

I love to inspire people through my words. I hope to write an epic fantasy series one day that will be ranked up there with Brandon Sanderson or G.R.R. Martin.

About The Author


Kylie Stewart has been writing short stories and books all her life. She was influenced by her Scottish heritage to become an independent British history buff and has a small library dedicated to Tudor history and is a lover of Arthurian legends. From contemporary, to fantasy, to the paranormal, she loves to write gritty, real, and raw romance that make you dread to see the pages dwindle.

Kylie works as an audio book narrator and voice actress when she isn’t writing. She is a self-proclaimed professional nerd. Kylie lives in Dallas, TX with her husband and fellow voice actor Eric Rolon, their son, and their three cats Asuka, Ollie, and Haru.

ROSÉ HIBISCUS MIMOSAS


INGREDIENTS

HIBISCUS SYRUP
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons dried hibiscus leaves


MIMOSA
2 tablespoons hibiscus syrup
4 to 6 ounces rosé champagne


HIBISCUS SYRUP
Place the sugar, water and hibiscus in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk until the sugar dissolves, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and set the saucepan aside. Let it cool completely. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the leaves. Store in a sealed container in the fridge! The syrup will make about 3/4 cup.


MIMOSA
Fill each glass with 1 to 2 tablespoons hibiscus syrup. Top it off with 4 to 6 ounces of rosé champagne and serve immediately! You can garnish with fresh herbs (like lavender!) if desired. I find that one bottle of champagne will make about 8 to 10 mimosas, and this is more than enough syrup for that! If you have leftover, stick it in the fridge for other cocktails.

About The Narrator



Nominated for an Audie Award in Erotica for her narration of Vi Keeland’s The Baller (with Sean Crisden), Mackenzie Cartwright can’t get enough of narrating romance. She’s voiced novels by some of the most talented authors in the business, among them Kristen Ashley, Lily Archer, Kayley Loring, Olivia Cunning, Evangeline Anderson, Tijan, Tessa Bailey and  Alessandra Torre. She loves getting swept away in a great story when she narrates.

Mackenzie Cartwright was born in New York City to two artist parents and traveled the world at a young age. While in Italy, she ate a million types of pasta (I mean, come on, it’s Itay!) and discovered wine and has never been the same again. Mackenzie lives in New York City.
