Bridget Bordeaux (she/her) is a narrator and voice actor who specializes in Paranormal, Fantasy, Why Choose, and Dark Romance. She started narrating in 2018 and has produced over 200 audiobooks. She owns and operates Bordeaux VO and Entertainment Inc. with her husband and primary narration partner, Jake Bordeaux, and is on the active rosters of over 10 production companies and publishers.

Bridget graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Acting and is a sought after Shakespearean and Comedic Stage Actor. Her acting style, whether on stage or on mic, focuses on character-driven storytelling and delivering robust, truthful, and intentional performances.

Bridget is passionate about working with Indie Authors and strives to be a resource for facilitating the successes of fellow artists. She is currently working on growing a scholarship program that allows new authors to produce their first audiobooks with top narration talent.

Bridget also finds a lot of joy coaching and mentoring new narrators.

About Our Guest

I have been in love with reading since the first day that I finished reading Hop on Pop by Dr. Suess, all on my own. The age of 5 was a momentous year. I not only fell in love with reading, but I also fell in love with acting. I enrolled and participated in every class, conservatory, after school program, and play that I could possibly do. I won a theater scholarship to university and learned everything I could about acting and the theater. I ended up with a degree in English Literature, and dreamed of a job where I could one day combine my twin passions of reading and performing.

As is so often the case, life led me down many paths, and one of them brought me back to acting. Only this time, I am acting AND reading. Narration is truly my dream job, and I am lucky enough to do it.

Included in the 15 years of training I have received, I have learned various forms and methods of acting, studied Shakespeare, script writing, theater tech, been a street mime, been on stage for numerous productions, directed play and music videos, been in choir for 7 years, danced for 4 years, and mentored under an established narrator.

I can do various American Southern, general midwestern, general Australian, and British RP accents.

When I am not spending time reading and narrating, I revamp and paint furniture.
