Viviana's Review: 
Charley's back!! Okay, you all KNOW I LOVE Darynda and this series, however, the last book left me missing CHARLEY even though she was there.... she wasn't. This book brings back all the things we LOVE about not only CHARLEY, but the series and all the characters! We got a bit of mystery and detective work going on as Charley is a PI and all, plus her life in general being the "grim reaper" and now so much more! I had missed the weaving of those elements! 

Filled with Charley's antics and charm, the story has a great pace! We learn more about her current circumstances as she is learning them as well! There are a few surprises that give the story enough twists and that "dun dun dun" factor that will keep you on your toes and not wanting to put it down!

Still LOVING Reyes! We see a more vulnerable side to him in ""The Curse of Tenth Grave" yet we know and he demonstrates just how strong he truly is. 

Narrator's Review: It's freaking Lorelei King!! She rocks it! Giving each character LIFE and adding a layer to an already great story and series. I really can't image anyone  else narrating this series. 

Overall a great continuation of the series and leaves you craving for the next installment!!! Cannot Wait!!

I am deadly serious when it comes to my coffee. I need my morning joe; it is the first thing in the morning that I do. And.. if you are like me, then this is the spoon for you!

Each letter is hand stamped by me onto an upcycled, vintage silverplated spoon. This particular spoon is from the 1946 Queen Bess series by Oneida, and is rather unique, as it has a slightly different shape than your average teaspoon. It is slightly wider and flared at the base of bowl. It also has a matching flower pattern inlaid into the bowl of the spoon.

These spoons are safe to eat off of, and have been washed prior to packaging and shipping.

O.M.G! Words truly elude me! How to describe the awesomeness that is Darynda Jones and her story of Charley and Reyes!?! As with all great series, the next book tends to be better and continues to progress in that direction. This series is one of those where each book is better than the previous one, which tends to be hard to do as all the books in this series ROCK!!

Synopsis:

Interview with Charley Davidson and Giveaways

Today we have Charley Davidson here with us!  

For those who may not know Charley, she is a "Part-time PI, full-time grim reaper, all around badass". Well, that is what her Twitter account says. The thing is, she is a Private Investigator and a devoted friend. She is a consultant for the Albuquerque police department (her Uncle UB is a detective). Charley is a former member of the Peace Corps. She is also sassy, sarcastic, smart and yes, she is the Grim Reaper! Definitely not your "traditional Grim Reaper!" She doesn't wear a hooded cape, she's not a pile of bones nor does she come looking for you. She's bright, literally! Charley is a brilliant light that acts as a beacon to the souls of the dead. Some of the perks of being the only Grim Reaper in existence, lets see, she heals rather quickly, she has a fantastic memory (she remembers everything since the moment she was born), has always known every language ever spoken, able to sense a person's guilt or innocence, can read the emotions of others, and sees auras. As they say, with good there is bad. She's wanted by demons as the way into Heaven. That's a major one! She's also hasn't reached her full potential and she needs to soon. Well according to Reyes anyways. Who's Reyes you ask? Oh, he's the son of Satan, has known Charley since before she was born and oh yeah, he's in love with her. Minor details, right?
