Haunted by a tormented past that has come to reclaim him, a former assassin must choose between saving the world, or protecting the one woman who can touch his heart and redeem his soul.

Robyn Peterman
Fashionably Hotter Than Hell  (Hot Damned Series Bk #5)
What does a Vampyre do when the woman he’s chased for two hundred years is still trying to get away? He plays dirty.
Welcome to my own personal Hell.
Where life is steamy and the sex is sizzling.
Only I would be blessed with a Vampyre mate that I’d have to chase for two centuries.
Now to my great dismay, I have competition for her very existence—not for her hand, for her life.
Name: Heathcliff.
Occupation: Vampyre Warrior—one of the deadliest in the world.
I plan. I fight. I win.
Always.
It’s just never taken this damned long.
Raquel may run and she may hide, but she is mine and I will no longer accept no for an answer. We were made for each other and nothing will change that simple fact…except maybe the Trolls or the Wraiths or the recluse Vampyre that wants to drink my mate dry.
Damn it, I thought the chase was difficult…keeping Raquel alive might prove to be my undoing.

Book Review (Audio): Netherby Halls by Claudy Conn

Netherby Halls
By Claudy Conn

Blurb:
Sassy Winthrop has just turned twenty-one. But instead of being a time of fun, parties, and courting, it has been a time of loss, grief, and transitions. With the death of her beloved father, a kindly country vicar, Sassy is left not only without immediate family, but she must also leave the only home she has ever known to make room for the new vicar. And if that weren’t enough, she is also going through transition as her powers of light magic are completed.

When a friend of her late mother arranges for Sassy to become a tutor at Netherby Halls, a boarding school for genteel orphaned girls, it seems the perfect solution. But as she makes the journey to Netherby she meets the man who has been making love to her in her dreams…the irresistible Marquis of Dartmour. And that is only the beginning.

For finds things at Netherby are not what they seem, and neither is the handsome marquis. Unsure whom to trust, Sassy has to find her way through a maze of evil and magic.

**Note: this is an updated version of an earlier novel written as Claudette Williams. The updated versions of Claudy's Claudette Williams titles are more sexually explicit than the original versions.

Viviana's Review:

This was an interesting read. A historical with PNR elements. Or is it a PNR set in historical times? Either way, I enjoyed it.

Viviana's Review
This was the first book I've read from Author, Claudy Conn. It will definitely not be the last. The story developed at a nice pace and it was great, easy read. I started and couldn't put it down until I finished. There were moments with humor, others that were heartwarming and oh yeah, sexy ones too!!

Guest Post: Claudy Conn

Thank you Claudy Conn for stopping by and hanging out with us today!! Claudy wanted to share with you some info on two of her books.

Synopsis:

The Marquis of Lyndhurst was tired of women who were more attracted to his title and money than to his charms. So when he went to the Isle of Wight (at his mother’s request)
To court another eligible woman, he decided on a little game…
his cousin Robby would pose as him…
And he would pose as his cousin…a rake and a gambler.
If a woman fell in love with him, it would be for himself.
Only then would he reveal who he was.

What the Marquis didn’t expect, however, was someone like Jewelene. Lovely and provocative--intelligent and headstrong, playing a game of her own.

Each night she posed as Babette, the French Card Dealer in a House of Cards…oh Babette!
