Guest Post & Giveaway: The Good, the Bad, and the Vampire by Sara Humphreys

Hi Everyone!!! Please welcome Author Sara Humphreys to Enchantress of Books!
Today, she's chatting with about the
The Good, the Bad, and the Fabulous of..... Celebrity Baby Names!!

Thanks Viviana!! Glad to be here!

Selecting a name for your child is no small task. Is it too common? Too weird? Will they get teased at school? For example, when I was pregnant with the first of our four boys, I suggested the name Max. My husband immediately said, “No way. They’ll call him maxi-pad.” Mmmmkay. That never crossed my mind but then again, I’ve never been a twelve-year old boy.  Celebrities can get away with crazy antics and that includes naming your child something totally strange. Here are my choices for the good, the bad, and the fabulous of celeb baby names.

The Good—Violet: Jennifer Garner is a class act and she proved it with the way she handled her husband’s I’m-lame-and-cliché-and-banged-the-nanny-scandal. I love the name Violet. It’s sweet, old-fashioned and not even a little bit pretentious. Kind of like Jennifer Garner seems to be.

The Bad—Apple: I’m not going to lie to you. Gwenyth Paltrow annoys me in general. Oh yes, please tell us how hard it is to be a celebrity mom with your millions of dollars. Really? Maybe she could tout the advantages of kale for the eight millionth time. I know, I know. I don’t actually know her so I’ll simply say her public persona annoys me. Add the previously mentioned irritants to naming her daughter after a piece of fruit….and well…there it is. Why didn’t she name her Kale?

The Fabulous—Charlotte Elizabeth Diana:  Prince William and Princess Kate are living up to their titles. I love this classic elegant name because it pays homage to her great-grandmother and her late grandmother. Total perfection.

How about you? Is there a celeb baby name that stands out for you? Is it good, bad, or fabulous?

The Good, the Bad, and the Vampire
(Dead in the City Series, #4)
by Sara Humphreys

Blurb:
Beloved author Sara Humphreys' acclaimed paranormal romance series continues with sweltering attraction between two vampires who have all the time in the world to satisfy their desires...

He wants eternity?
Dakota Shelton is a vampire cowboy with a penchant for cinnamon lollipops and Johnny Cash. Though highly skilled and deadly dangerous to his enemies, he's still a Texas good ol' boy at heart. And he has that heart set on wooing Trixie LaRoux-the most badass punk rock chick in town-the old-fashioned way.

Over her undead body...
Trixie is tough as nails and sharp as a silver stake-the last thing she wants is a man to sit on a porch and not grow old with. So it'll take going to hell and back fighting a new threat to vampires before she admits Dakota's courtship makes her blood hum. Turns out chivalry's not dead after all.
