Viviana's Review:
This was my first time reading a book from Linda Lael Miller and I'm happy to say I enjoyed it. I had received a copy via Netgalley, but unfortunately, the time expired before I could read it, but thank heavens for the library! Then I thought! Oh take care of two challenges with one review: Netgalley Challenge and Audio Book Challenge!! Bang! I'm in!!

Set in 1915 in Blue River, Texas, "An Outlaw's Christmas" is a sweet western romance that has enough action and steaminess to keep you thoroughly engaged. Both Piper and Sawyer are characters you will connect with and root for! Piper is sassy and a strong heroine even for the times. The author did a great job of keeping with the times, yes, Piper was a virgin, BUT she wasn't "that naive girl" in personality! She was still strong and interesting. She stood up for herself and went into things with a clear head. Oh Sawyer. Swoon worthy! I was like "Piper, if you don't, I will!!!" LOL!

Narrator: This was also the first time listening to Jack Garrett. He did a great job with providing each character their unique personality and voice. I actually looked him up to see what other books he's narrated and added a few to my list!

This was a wonderful, light, and sweet historical romance that brings the season of the holiday along for the ride. I will be reading more by Lael Miller!

Rating: 3.5 Stars - I Really Liked It
