I am an Audie and SOVAS nominated narrator who's happy place is narrating Mystery/Thrillers, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Contemporary Literature and Romance in all their glorious forms.

With a BA in Music Theatre, I have worked professionally in theatre and on screen for close to two decades. I'm also a passionate teacher of Singing and Voice and hold a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science.

An Australian native with Italian and Irish heritage, I am an accent specialist narrating 1st person POV in Australian, British (RP, London), Standard American, Irish and Italian with a high proficiency for further accents and dialects across the US, UK and Europe including US Southern, NY, Scottish, Northern England variations, French and Russian to name a few.

My pseudonym and I have completed titles for US publishers and producers including Hachette, Blackstone, Podium Entertainment, and Dreamscape Media. Along with fellow Aussie narrator Katherine LittrelI, I am a joint founder of new Australian audiobook production company, Two Birds Audio, primarily helping independent Australian authors get their stories into audio.

After having my second boy at the beginning of the pandemic, I packed up my little family and moved a couple of hours from the big smoke (Sydney) to a beautiful, seaside town on the South Coast of NSW. We spend our free time exploring our breathtaking surrounds which includes the whitest sandy beaches in the world. Bliss.

Cinnamon Dough Ornaments Recipe

Recipe:
4oz of Cinnamon

10 TBSP of Applesauce

4 yards of 1/8 in satin ribbon

Instructions:

Put cinnamon and applesauce in a large bowl
Blend thoroughly with a large spoon
Knead mixture into a ball (should have consistency of thick cookie dough)
If its too thick, you can add a little more applesauce a tsp at a time
Divide dough in half
Roll dough into 1/4 in thick and 10 in diameter
Use cookie cutters to cut your shapes
Keep the ornaments less than 4 inches long to reduce them from potentially cracking/breaking
Punch a hole at the top of each ornament using a straw
Bake at 200 degrees for 20 to 30 mins - checking occasionally as every oven various
Once done, remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to allow to cool

The following are optional:
You can decorate them using acrylic paint, glitter, puffy paint or other ways.

Storage:
Tissue lined box or tin and store in a cool place
Should last years
