Feature and Follow, #29

"Feature and Follow Friday" is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read where they each feature a fellow blogger, and ask a question, to be answered by anyone who wants to participate. We then hop around to other blogs, checking out their answers. It is a great way to get to know other bloggers. See additional info below

This week's question is:
Q:  What blogger would you most like to meet in real life? Tell us about him or her.

Fantastic question!! We're very fortunate that we live in a world where we can meet people and work with them globally and even develop a true friendship and yet never have met in person. However, to be able to hug or see their smiling faces in person would be so neat and wonderful! I'd love to be able to have some face to face time with my be dear friend Dana from Readaholics Anonymous. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be blogging. If you stalk me,  I mean follow me, you've heard me talk about Dana and how freaking awesome she is! She is my cheerleader, mentor, coach and again awesome dear friend! I wouldn't be here blogging or continuing to expand my brand if it wasn't for her. LOVE YOU DANA!!

Via the blogging and Author/Reader community I've gotten to meet some awesome individuals. One of them is Traci, from Mad Hatter Reads (featured blogger - Congrats my friend!). I had the "aww" moment when I read Traci's FF Post. She mentions both Dana and I! Small world! Its true what she says, we've virtually hung out, but man, it would be a blast if we all get together!

I've met some of my fellow bloggers at conventions and that an awesome feeling! Its an instant connection! My hubby was witness to that both at the RT and Olde City, New Blood conventions as he attended with me. He was pleasantly surprised at the interactions. He said it was like meeting up with old friends who you haven't hung out with in a while. And that's actually how it is.

Not only as a blogger but as a Blog Tour Designer for authors, I've had the pleasure of getting to know LOTS of fantastic bloggers who have a love and passion for books and authors that its truly amazing! I must give a shout out to Jena, from PureTextuality. She has been a wealth of information and support! I know I can count on her! Same for Kelly from Books-N-Kisses! Would love to be able to hang out with them both and buy them a drink or two! :)

OMG Traci, I so now get why you said you felt like you were at an awards show!! I could on and on, but truthfully, I'm grateful for everyone in the blogging community! Would love to meet you all! I'll be posting which events and/or conventions I'll be attending and if you want to meet up, just let me know!!

Tell me, which blogger would you like to meet in 'real life'/in person?

How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools — keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them “hi” in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!

What sets this Hop apart from others, is our Feature. Each week we will showcase a Featured Blogger, from all different genres and areas. Who is our Feature today? Find out below. Just remember it is required, if you participate, to follow our Features and you must follow the hosts (Parajunkee & Alison Can Read) as a courtesy. How do you follow someone? Well, if you have a preference, state it in your #FF post. A lot of blogs are transitioning to WordPress in which they do not have the luxury of GFC, so an RSS subscription is appreciated or if you choose an email subscription. If you don’t have GFC please state in your post how you would like to be followed.

All features are chosen randomly to be the feature. They are not chosen by content or name.
