Feature and Follow, #11

"Feature and Follow Friday" is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read where they each feature a fellow blogger, and ask a question, to be answered by anyone who wants to participate. We then hop around to other blogs, checking out their answers. It is a great way to get to know other bloggers. See additional info below

This week's question is:
WHAT BOOK DO YOU THINK EVERYONE SHOULD READ?
IF YOU COULD GIFT THE ENTIRE POPULATION WITH ONE BOOK?

I'd give a classic! Without the classics many of us "bookaholics" wouldn't be so in love with books. Now, the decision of which one to gift! Ahh that's a tough one as there are so many possibilities! I'd definitely would give the "collections edition" or an all inclusive volume (get all their works in one book!). Torn between Jane Austen and Edgar Allen Poe! Gosh, then there's so many others.... Oh I got it - A Greatest Edition with the very best of each of the classics! Talk about an awesome solution!!

Can't wait to hear what your selection would be !!

How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools — keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them “hi” in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!

What sets this Hop apart from others, is our Feature. Each week we will showcase a Featured Blogger, from all different genres and areas. Who is our Feature today? Find out below. Just remember it is required, if you participate, to follow our Features and you must follow the hosts (Parajunkee & Alison Can Read) as a courtesy. How do you follow someone? Well, if you have a preference, state it in your #FF post. A lot of blogs are transitioning to WordPress in which they do not have the luxury of GFC, so an RSS subscription is appreciated or if you choose an email subscription. If you don’t have GFC please state in your post how you would like to be followed.

All features are chosen randomly to be the feature. They are not chosen by content or name.

  1. I love Jane Austen. I've got all her works in one huge volume. My favorite works from her are Persuasion and Northanger Abbey.

  2. I have read the collection editions of both! I would have to say Jane Austen was my favorite. Edger Allen was a little morose for my tastes. Great answer! Here is my FF. Old Follower :D

  3. Excellent idea! Greatest classics - maybe you should contact a publisher with your idea?

I'm following via Linky, you can find my FF post here.
