Blog Tour, Giveaway and Review: Hard To Be Good by Laura Kaye

Hard To Be Good
(A Hard Ink Series, Bk # 3.5)
By Laura Kaye

Blurb:

Hard Ink Tattoo owner Jeremy Rixey has taken on his brother’s stateside fight against the forces that nearly killed Nick and his Special Forces team a year before. Now, Jeremy’s whole world has been turned upside down—not the least of which by a brilliant, quiet blond man who tempts Jeremy to settle down for the first time ever.

Recent kidnapping victim Charlie Merritt has always been better with computers than people, so when he’s drawn into the SF team’s investigation of his army colonel father’s corruption, he’s surprised to find acceptance and friendship—especially since his father never accepted who Charlie was. Even more surprising is the heated tension Charlie feels with sexy, tattooed Jeremy, Charlie’s opposite in almost every way.

With tragedy and chaos all around them, temptation flashes hot, and Jeremy and Charlie can’t help but wonder why they’re trying so hard to be good...

Viviana's Review:
Ohhh I've been eagerly waiting for Jeremy's story! I wasn't disappointed. HARD TO BE GOOD picks up right after  HARD TO COME BY and while you may be able to read this as a stand alone, you'll get to know both Jeremy and Charlie better if you read the series from the beginning. Their story starts when they first meet in the first book.

I fell for Jeremy from the very beginning. He's sarcastic, funny, sweet, loyal, kind and love his choice of t-shirts. Oh and the gift he has to make anything into a sexual innuendoes! Truly a gift! Throughout the series, we got hints that Jeremy was interested in Charlie. It was just a matter of when it would occur.

Charlie has been through a lot in the past few weeks. His loyalty to his sister and now to the men who are seeking justice for their fallen friends is none wavering. While he has lead a rather secluded life on purpose, he has come to realize that life is too short not to let Jeremy know how he feels.

When they finally get together it's HOT! STEAMY! They are truly great together and perfect for each other. Their chemistry is intense! Laura does a fantastic job of sharing their story and showing the emotions!

Overall a quick read that leaves you wanting more but for all the right reasons! A great addition to the series you don't want to miss out on!
